Our company has been doing importing business in semi-precious gemstone, natural stone beads, leather bracelets, and most notably Laminated Gold jewelry over the past year. Laminated Gold It's an actual layer of gold-pressure bonded to another metal. Our Jewelry pendant designs are made with a thin layer of 24k Gold mechanically fused onto a brass core with pressure and heat. Sort of a laminate. By law, the amount of gold is 5% of the total weight of the item. This layer will not chip and will often take anywhere between several years to a lifetime to wear off. Laminated Gold is not to be confused with Gold plating as Laminated has 100% more gold than Gold plating. It is much more valuable and tarnish resistant; since, It does not flake off, rub off or turn colors. Frankly, anyone who can wear Gold can wear Laminated Gold without worries of any allergic reaction to the jewelry. In general, Laminated Gold jewelry is an economical alternative to solid Gold.
